Converting Dry Weight (Dry Basis) to Fresh Weight:
% FW = % DW * (1.0 - M)
mg/g FW = (mg/g DW) * (1.0 - M)

Converting TIU/mg FW to TIU/g DW:
TIU/g DW = (TIU/mg FW) *1000/ (1.0 - M)
