Relative Units
TotalAA = The collection of analyte values with the same Data_Source, Study_ID, and Sample_ID and whose Analyte Category Code is AMINO_ACID.  

TotalP = The value of the analyte PROTEIN.  

TotalFA = The collection of analyte values with the same Data_Source, Study_ID, and Sample_ID and whose Analyte Category Code is FATTY_ACID.  

åsum() = The summarization function  

AAi= Individual Amino Acid value
FAi= Individual Fatty Acid value

Units for Amino Acids
% Total Amino Acids= ((mg/g FW AAi)  / åsum (mg/g FW TotalAA )) * 100
% Total Protein           = ((mg/g FW AAi) / ((% FW TotalP )*10)) * 100

Units for Fatty Acids
% Total Fatty Acids= (% FW FAi / åsum ( % FW TotalFA )) * 100
